After being hobbyist for years I grew to love creating bold, creative and fun images.  In 2015 I took the plunge and set up Dan Wright Photography to turn my passion into something I can really share with others.

I live in Manchester, which you will undoubtedly know as the vibrant and friendly city that it is.  There are loads of interesting things to see and do, which is a real platform for creativity.

Although i am based in Manchester, I have been fortunate enough to visit a number of countries and take some great pictures of the many amazing things that the world has to offer.

I think its important to capture the emotion in the moment and to draw out the beauty in the subject you are photographing.

I have a passion for event and portrait photography as I really enjoy spending time around people and being able to ‘save that memory’ for others to share.  I think portraits allow people to really let loose and show off who they really are, to have fun as well as look fantastic.
